Celebrate BC Family Day at the 17th annual Children’s Arts Festival on Monday, February 16, 2026 at the Richmond Cultural Centre and Richmond Public Library! Families can spark their imagination through hands-on activities and performances, including music, visual arts, literary arts and performing arts. The day-long program features free performances and drop-in workshops.
